I have lodged a complaint regarding refund the excess amount on 111.2022 but not yet resolved

Jeevan Sathi blocked my name

Sir this is regarding with my jeevan sathi profile.i won't be able to open my id and I have no clue about the reason for that .they blocked my number and email and iam unable to contact them as well .this is somewhat violation of my right to my life partner and access any website which is meant for everyone .and this is also violation of my privacy also because it contained all my information and pictures also.

Actually I don't know why my I'd is deleted . Usually daily i check my js to searching partner but js still din call and solve my problems ever .so I request to js member pls continue my I'd as soon as possible.pls

Why my id blocked

Sir since morning my id is blocked reason I want to know in details.before blocking u should tell customer by sure but u dint do that.

I have send mail so many times and told each and everything in the mails.I will not repeat that again,go and see my mails zuhahusain21@***.com.There is only one way to connect you that is through mail and i m not getting my problem solve from that.Your customer care no is useless,it didn't even connect once.I want my money back thats it.please return my money.

User's recommendation: No need to invest in this jeevansathi matrimonial.It is totally waste of money.First their employees use to call you and when you will take any subscription they don't even solve your problem.Their customer care is only for show they will not pick your call even once.And their employee (neeraj)use to say "do whatever you want to do" when i said i will going to complain.Totally a waste of money.
