I am getting Auto charged for Two months directly 928/- without my knowledge

This is Nisha here , I had registered myself for Jeevan sathi.com & my mobile number is 993014****.
I am getting directly charged twice without my knowledge for September 03rd & October 3rd from my bank account. I want to stop this service and discontinue. Kindly help for the Auto deduction done for two months of 928/- INR x 2 = 1856/- I need my money to be refunded on urgent basis

Two profiles need to be merged and I am having no luck
The email address of the profile existing was koolkatnz51@***.com and the profile ID was VYTT6271. However I was asked to create a new profile for my daughter again and the email address used was shobha11.shrivastava11@***.com.
The profile ID created today is UWTU9725. I have paid for the ProMax today and am really disappointed that nobody can help me merge the two. The Relationship manager is playing
On my service day, this is happening continuously that the RM is not connecting with even one profile. The worst part is, she left for a holiday without even informing.
Who the *** doesn't even use this forum?
They are scammers. They are into some other business.
Preferred solution: I want the rm to be sued given warning and i will also launch a police complaint and i will put everyone behind the bars

Though I had not even downloaded this app.
Someone else had tried to open an account using my number.
I'm just requesting, kindly call me back.
There is a risk of cyber fraud nowadays.

Good day! Jeevansathi has logged me out of my account on suspicion that I am not the correct user.
They insist on taking a selfie to verify.
Ive created the account for searching a suitable partner for my daughter who does not live with us.
How can my selfie match with her photo?
The website does not offer any other option for me to log in or contact anyone.
Its totally messed up. My emails are not answered

No response from jeevansathi.com
I have been using jeevansathi's app for the last 8-9 months. But I didn't get any response because I didn't take the membership so I took the pro membership plan last month.
Now I took pro membership hoping to get some response but still I didn't get any response so I deleted my profile but still 335 rs was cut from my account today by jeevansathi. I am trying to contact but the call does not work Jeevansathi. I just want my money back I don't know anything else I have to file a complaint in consumer forum.
But I hope you can solve my problem... Thanks
